We're just back from the supernice Ljubljana for the Slovenian stop of our Gelatology Project, composed by a banquet with an edible installation, plus a workshop in the afternoon (next post). Cooking and wine by Dapes (with the help of Stefano and Agnese). So fun - and challenging. We'll back there again soon.
