Matter Matters / The Chef

Lucky us! We had the chance to visit at work Daniele Zennaro, chef of the renowned restaurant Vecio Fritolin in Venezia, close to the Rialto bridge. He prepared for us three wonderful dishes from the holiday menu (+ a little interview to follow), all exploring different consistencies and tasteful transformations of matter.

At the end of the week we shared our project with friends and visitors come by a massive gondola. The atmosphere of the adventure was documented with an old-fashion disposable Kodak camera.
